WILL BE 2/27 (changed on 2/6/20) 5pm WDSE staff arrive to start setting up 6:30pm doors open (in my experience, people will show up even earlier than this, but we can shoot for 6:30). Cookies and coffee are available in the cafeteria. 7pm Documentary starts in auditorium 7:50pm Documentary ends, Q&A with producers of documentary starts (is there a microphone that we could use?) 8:05pm Empty into cafeteria and foyer for coffee/cookies/mingling. Producers will stick around for one-on-one questions as well. 9pm WDSE staff is packed up and leaves CUSTODIANS: Please have the auditorium unlocked and the table down in the lunch room. | |
